Expect all homemade fillings with flaky pastry skin that will make a mess on your dining table, but will also make you want to reach out for a second piece 🤪

*Taro Pumpkin*
An OG flavour with pumpkin this year. Tried a pumpkin orh nee combination and I got hooked so I thought that I need to make it this year!

*Matcha Yuzu*
One of my ultimate favourite flavour, using matcha from Mori Matcha. The earthiness of matcha with the zesty yuzu custard makes such a great pair!

Made with a mungbean base.

*Chestnut Chocolate*
A staple on my mooncake menu. Chestnut paste with a chocolate ganache centre.

A cake inspired by my recent trip to Shanghai. I’ve always loved the flavour combination of matcha and mango, but the addition of vanilla pudding takes it up a notch. It gives the cake a little more texture and bite!

[Part 1/3] NEW CAKE ON THE MENU ❤️

I’ve been working to increase and improve the cake menu I have now. And this is one cake flavour that I’ve put off for the longest time because of how heavy the flavour combo might be.

What changed? The recipe of my chocolate cake! It’s more like a chiffon cake now, light and fluffy, which helps to balance the heavier flavours and texture.

And I get the hype. Chocolate and pistachio is such a classic flavour combination, but together with the kataifi - it gives the cake an addictive crunch.

I also made my own pistachio paste without any sugar so that I can adjust the sweetness level accordingly.

Downside of this cake is that, you need to finish it within 1-2 days so the crunch stays crunchy~

No more thinking bout which tart flavour to get cos I’ve put together a little bakebox with 3 of the most popular flavours + 2 new summer flavours just for this May :)

10pcs, 5 flavours, 2 each!

Available from 8th to 23rd May, just in time for a tea session on Mother’s Day or really any other day you like :)

(But I do think that this bakebox will make her very happy!)
