It’s Mikan season, and citrus perfection has arrived at Pantler.

From Ehime Prefecture in Japan, the prized Unshu Mikan are celebrated for their thin peel, tender segments, and beautifully balanced sweet-tangy flavour. We’ve transformed them into two seasonal pastries you won’t want to miss.

🍊The 𝐔𝐧𝐬𝐡𝐮 𝐌𝐢𝐤𝐚𝐧 𝐏𝐢𝐞 pairs premium Ehime Mikan with light, flaky puff pastry, smooth crème pâtissière and airy chantilly cream.

🍊The 𝐔𝐧𝐬𝐡𝐮 𝐌𝐢𝐤𝐚𝐧 𝐂𝐡𝐢𝐛𝐨𝐮𝐬𝐭 layers crisp pâte sucrée and almond cream with house-made Unshu Mikan marmalade, fresh Ehime Mikan, and a delicately caramelised chiboust on top.

Introducing our seasonal Chestnut Pound Cake — handmade with care and studded generously with whole chestnuts in every loaf. A quiet luxury for the holidays.
