Of all the parties I've organised over the years, Christmas parties at my place will always be a day that I look forward to every year. I love the banter, laughter and giving out presents to everyone, especially to the children. Above it all, what I really love most about Christmas is cooking for everyone! I used to plan the menu weeks ahead, making sure there is a new dessert every year.

So many things have happened these past few years, people change and people have left. But one thing that has always been a constant at my parties year after year, extremely popular and heavily requested, that it made into the Easter Menu as well!

MY SHEPARDS PIE!

If you had ever been to any of my parties, and you have had the privilege of tasting this pie, you will remember that you could never stop at one serving. I have also included a keto/diabetic friendly and vegetarian/plant based version in the order form. Using quality ingredients is how I have always cooked for my guests and you will receive nothing less. It is also made with HALAL ingredients in a pet free home. I am limiting to 10 orders for Christmas Day only and it will be delivered by 1pm on Christmas Day. Closes a week prior to Christmas.

You don't need an aroma diffuser or scented candle when you mix the flavours of ripe bananas, palm sugar and cinnamon in the oven! The highpoint of it all...you can actually eat it!😜

The reason why we do not use FONDANT.
WE HATE FONDANT.
Fondant covered cakes are appealing to the eyes and gives you blemishfree cakes but you can't eat them, cos admit it, fondant tastes yucky. The truth is, its not even meant to be eaten. It is purely for aesthetic pleasure only.(NO OFFENCE TO ALL THOSE FONDANT ARTISTS IN THE WORLD, WE DO ADMIRE YOUR WONDERFUL WORK OF ART ON CAKES)
And because fondant is heavy on the cake, the cake itself needs to be hard enough to withstand the weight of the fondant. Hard cakes in our opinion are not very nice to eat.
How many of you want to have your cake n eat it too? At Pinch My Cake you can!
Our fully iced cakes look just like fondant but its not fondant. You have to eat it to believe it.
