We’re closed. So… what’s next?

After closing Shio & Sato, we’ve been taking some time to reflect on what worked, what didn’t, and what a future version could look like.

We’re not rushing into the next step — but we are open to conversations with the right people.

Over the years we’ve created multiple Shio Pan flavours. For our final month, we’ll be bringing back the TOP flavours, and this time you decide the menu.

After an incredible run, our Centrepoint pop-up will be closing on 26 April.

We’re grateful for every visit, every kind word, and every box of shio pan you’ve brought home. This chapter may be ending, but it’s not the end of our story.
