It’s always hard saying goodbye.

Maybe because we didn’t quite see this one coming. Maybe because we’ve grown so much in this little space that, somewhere along the way, North Canal Road started to feel like part of us.

But I guess this is really it.

It’s time to say goodbye to North Canal Road, close this chapter, and get ready for our Third Act.

Over the years, we’ve accumulated quite a lot here.

Cakes. Recipes. Wins — big and small. Mistakes. Lessons. A few sticky decisions. And somehow, all of it has become caked into our memories.

So yes, we’re moving.

But before we pack everything up and turn the lights off and oven one last time, we wanted to look back at some of the moments that made this little green corner in the C*D so special to us.

Here’s to North Canal Road.

Sixty-one years may seem young in the life of a nation, but what an extraordinary journey it has been. From a little red dot with big dreams, you’ve shown the world that courage, resilience and determination can overcome even the greatest odds.

Thank you for inspiring us to dream bigger, work harder, and always strive to be better. You’ve taught us that it’s not the size of a nation that defines its impact, but the heart of its people.

We are incredibly proud to call this place our home—a country that has given us opportunities, shaped who we are, and continues to remind us that anything is possible. We’re grateful to be a small part of your story—to bake, to celebrate life’s milestones, and to share moments of joy with this community we proudly call home.
