MOONCAKE FESTIVAL 2026 - 1 month away ✨

Hello ybb fam! Happy to announce that we will be making MOONCAKES this year 😄

After about 5 years of not making these, honestly I’m still working on perfecting the recipe and process, but i have to announce now so everyone knows I’m making them! Haha

I’m selling the Teochew Pastry Mooncakes in 2s at $12.80, and the flavours are:

The only way to test the hypothesis is to give it a try hehehe 😆

Did you know? You can choose how many pieces you want us to cut the brownies into, so you’ll have enough for any party size - but…. will there really ever be enough tho? 😉

Come to bake and deliver with me! ✨

With a bonus side quest of meeting ex-colleagues for lunch hehe
Considered a busy day for me having to bake 3 trays of brownies, deliver, and then come back to pack for another order and whisk matcha 🍵

But so fulfilling - i love this life, and it’s all thanks to your support 🥰

Cooking with Beoz ep 1

Let’s make kimchi rice cake + ramyeon together! ☺️ this is one of my FAVOURITE ways to enjoy kimchi! Kind of like rabbeoki but different flavours - with or without ramyeon works, I was just extra hungry that day 😆

Traditional tteokbokki has a sweet and spicy flavour profile, which is not what i had imagined, so when combined with kimchi that gives the sour and spicy kick, and balanced out with the umami in soy sauce (get a good full-bodied one like apple brand here!) and some sweetness, every bite is like a party of flavours in the mouth.

You can sprinkle sesame on top for extra protein and texture too - I was out of them so no sesame on mine 🥲
