Sourdough sandwich loaf 🍞 (half loaf)

YES we can slice your bread (with a small extra fee), and uneven-ness is almost guaranteed 😆🙈

But this is great for those of yall who don’t have a bread knife at home, and this can go straight into the freezer if you like a bread stash waiting for you anytime you fancy - like me.

Did you know that actually freezing bread makes it lower in GI? 🙋🏻‍♀️ same yummy texture and taste but better for our blood sugar, say no more 👌🏼

MOONCAKE FESTIVAL 2026 - 1 month away ✨

Hello ybb fam! Happy to announce that we will be making MOONCAKES this year 😄

After about 5 years of not making these, honestly I’m still working on perfecting the recipe and process, but i have to announce now so everyone knows I’m making them! Haha

I’m selling the Teochew Pastry Mooncakes in 2s at $12.80, and the flavours are:
🌜Matcha + Red Bean 🍵🫘
🌜Purple Sweet Potato + Yam Lotus 🍠💜
🌜Black Sesame + Black Sesame Lotus 🖤

Pre-orders open now - collection from 12 sep onwards ☺️ DM to order ✉️

P.s. i may or may not do this again next year 😂 it’s a lot of work
P.p.s. You may or may not receive a handwritten chinese bookmark 🔖😉

Follow along as I “decorate” my sourdough focaccia with cherry tomatoes, cracked black pepper, flaky sea salt and oregano 🌿

The best feeling for a baker: when the people you share your food with sing praises of it 🥰
It makes my heart so happy! ✨

Made this for a potluck gathering with my ex-colleagues today and will be listing this on the menu+website very soon! ☺️

All sourdough bakes are available on a pre-order basis - please order at least 3 days in advance as it takes 1-2 days to bake a loaf.

Labour of love 100% guaranteed 💖

The best vegan brownies you’ll ever have 🥰 bold statement, yes!
The only way to test the hypothesis is to give it a try hehehe 😆

Did you know? You can choose how many pieces you want us to cut the brownies into, so you’ll have enough for any party size - but…. will there really ever be enough tho? 😉

Come to bake and deliver with me! ✨

With a bonus side quest of meeting ex-colleagues for lunch hehe
Considered a busy day for me having to bake 3 trays of brownies, deliver, and then come back to pack for another order and whisk matcha 🍵

But so fulfilling - i love this life, and it’s all thanks to your support 🥰

Looking forward to bake and whisk more ✨

Cooking with Beoz ep 1

Let’s make kimchi rice cake + ramyeon together! ☺️ this is one of my FAVOURITE ways to enjoy kimchi! Kind of like rabbeoki but different flavours - with or without ramyeon works, I was just extra hungry that day 😆

Traditional tteokbokki has a sweet and spicy flavour profile, which is not what i had imagined, so when combined with kimchi that gives the sour and spicy kick, and balanced out with the umami in soy sauce (get a good full-bodied one like apple brand here!) and some sweetness, every bite is like a party of flavours in the mouth.

You can sprinkle sesame on top for extra protein and texture too - I was out of them so no sesame on mine 🥲
