Pineapple Tarts/ Kue Nastar

Pineapple Tarts/ Kue Nastar Pineapple tarts/nastar is delicious handmade cake which I can make by myself. I had never took any baking course to make this yummy and cute cake. Step 2. Step 3.

I thoughts everybody could made it, look's easy but is not easier cause it's take too long time I've never hasitate to share the ingredients for you, might someday would you mind to try your own best. Here are ingredients for 1 recipe. For the dough:
1. 500 gm of salted butter
2. 600 gm of cake flour
3. 100 gm of skimmed milk powder
4. 50 gm of caster sugar
5. 4 nos eggs yolk
6. 1 tbsp of vanilla

7. 1 kg of pineapple tart filling/jam
But for me usually I make the filling by myself from fresh pineapple,
for 1 recipe we needed 2 bigger fresh of pineapple, 350gm sugar, 1/4tsp salt, 5cm cinamon. Method to make jam/tart filling:
Blend pineapple heat up/cook in pot add cinamon, sugar and salt stir well until dry and become jam. Method to make the dough:
Step 1. Use a K-beater, blend butter, sugar, vanilla essence, milk powder and flour together. Add in yolk, blend into soft the dough do not over work. Measure 10-13 gm of the dough to 8-10 gm of pineapple tart filling to form into shapes at your own desire,
brush tart with egg yolk and bake at 170C for approximately 20 minutes. HAVE A GOOD BAKING!!
