The past few months have been full of quiet milestones — moments big and small that have led us to this point. Swipe to the end to see the spark that (unbeknownst to us at that point) started it all; if you haven’t heard the story yet, come by our shop and ask us! 🥲

To Melvin and his mom (whom everyone endearingly calls “Auntie”): thank you for creating something so full of heart. We’re grateful to carry it forward.

Tucked away in a quiet corner of the north, Nicher has always been a bit of a hideout — the kind of place you stumble upon and never want to leave 🏡

This Saturday, we’re doing a little something called For the Love of Layers — a quiet celebration of the bakes, the coffee, and the beautiful moments that Melvin has shaped over the years.

What started as a simple love for viennoiserie has grown into a space that regulars return to for the calm, the comfort, and the craft.

If you’ve ever made the trip down just for that one flaky pastry, or found joy in the stillness of our little space — we’d love to see you again. Swipe to see what’s available on the menu 👀

This April we are welcoming pastries from to our humble nook in the north!

We will be stocking their monthly specials from Fridays - Sundays in April, available for dine in, takeaway, pre-order/pick-up, or delivery.

Usher the weekend in early and enjoy some sweet selections together with a croissant and your choice of a drink, or two 😉
