Layered from the bottom up, a soft Almond Sponge is paired with smooth Vanilla Crémeux, followed by another layer of Almond Sponge and a vibrant Clementine Confit. Enveloped in an aromatic Jasmine Tea Mousse, each bite brings together floral, creamy and citrus notes in perfect harmony.
