A gift worthy of the king in your life. đź‘‘

Swipe to explore everything we've prepared for The Raja.

Meet The Raja — Dona Manis’ limited-edition banana pie, handcrafted with the rare Pisang Raja, known across Southeast Asia as the “King of Bananas” and Président Professionnel French butter. Topped with crisp delicate filo pastry and a finish of edible gold flakes, the result is a heritage-inspired banana pie made for the men we honour — fathers, grandfathers, mentors, coaches, husbands, brothers, and the quiet steady figures who have shaped our lives.

Each Raja Pie order includes:
✦ A handcrafted postcard with a customizable message, because some things deserve to be said properly
✦ A crown for the celebrated person of the day - inspired by the French galette des rois tradition — a quiet symbol of honouring the one who wears it.
✦ A complimentary cake slicer for the first 50 orders.
✦ The option to add an exquisite bottle of Laherte Frères "Ultradition" Extra Brut NV - a champagne as considered as the pie itself: complex, grounded, and quietly exceptional. A special collaboration with .sg . Available while stocks last.

Looking for a meaningful food gift in Singapore this June? The Raja Pie is more than a dessert. It is a gesture of honour, heritage, and care. Available for a limited time only (7 - 30 June).

Order The Raja Pie via the link in bio.

Round two, same warmth, more pie. 🥧

Our second From Port to Pie workshop took place last Saturday at Dona Manis Heritage Bakehouse, where guests explored the trade stories behind banana, coconut, almond and butter — before assembling their own mini Singapore Banana Pie.

Due to requests for another opening, we have released two more workshop slots this Sunday.
For those who missed the earlier sessions, this is your chance to join us for a hands-on heritage baking workshop in Singapore, hosted at our 100-year-old shophouse on East Coast Road.

Come for the history. Stay for the baking. Leave with your own mini banana pie.

Seats are limited, and this is our final opening for Singapore Heritage Fest 2026.

Scan the QR code on page 2 to register, or DM us “PORT TO PIE” to reserve your slot.

Our first From Port to Pie workshop has come and gone — and what an afternoon it was. 🍌⚓

Together, we traced the maritime trade routes behind the key ingredients in the Singapore banana pie — butter, almonds, bananas, and coconut — tasted different banana varieties side by side, and assembled mini banana pies by hand.

It was part food history, part baking workshop, and part reminder that Singapore’s heritage lives not only in museums, but also in the recipes, ingredients, and stories we continue to pass on.

Missed us last weekend? This weekend is your chance to join the story.
