Had a sharing session on how to make Soon Kueh (Turnip) last week.💕

During the hands-on session, there were some hiccups here and there… some too soft, some too sticky 😅
But never mind lah—mistakes are part of learning!

These are the moments we will remember best… next time confirm won’t repeat the same mistakes.🤭

🌕🥮 Mooncake season again!
But hor… since I already kena blessed with snow skin & baked mooncakes, I decided to skip making any more this round. 😆

Instead… I made a hidden rainbow agar agar cake 🌈 with two cutie rabbits 🐇🐇 sitting on top — symbol of longevity, good fortune & family reunion. ❤️

Pretty or not? 😍
I think the rabbits look like they’re gossiping behind the flower fence lah! 🤭🌸

What a fun afternoon! 🎉
I had 27 enthusiastic participants join me for an agar agar mooncake workshop today.

Everyone was so serious and focused at the start, carefully measuring, pouring, and waiting for their layers to set… ⏳👩‍🍳👨‍🍳

And then came the magical moment — unmolding time! Viola! 🌸🐇✨
The room instantly lit up with smiles.

When they began decorating their mooncakes with flowers, you could see the pride on their faces. Each creation was like a little masterpiece — colourful, delicate, and full of personality. 🌼🌈

It was such a joy to see everyone so impressed with themselves and their own creativity. 🥰
