Yeah!!

After almost a year of marketing this landed home, I finally closed the chapter on my first landed sale. It wasn’t fast, it wasn’t easy, and I definitely learned more than I expected.
Days of back-to-back viewings, sweaty afternoons, and quiet nights checking messages that didn’t come. But step by step, effort added up.
One funny thing I didn’t expect to overcome along the way: dogs. Big dogs. Three of them, all taller than me and way too friendly for someone who has been scared of dogs all her life. Every viewing felt like a small fear-facing moment, and slowly, their wagging tails helped me loosen up. I guess growth sneaks in from the most unexpected places.
In the end, the right family came through. They loved the house the same way the owner did, and everything just clicked. When things felt most hopeless, the buyer appeared, straight to the point and ready to offer if he liked the home. And he did.
I’m grateful. For the lessons, the patience, the sweat, and even the giant furry “guards” who helped me grow.
Hard work really does pay off. And sometimes, the journey changes you more than the result.
