1. Pure butter or Marble butter $22
Made with French butter, dairy whipping cream and local eggs, there’s more butter and eggs than flour, but less sugar. They are rich, tender and moist.

2. Sourdoughs made with blend of US and Japanese bread flour, no commercial yeast and no sugar added. Takes 3 days to complete.
