Our awesome participants got to learn the fundamentals of choux pastry making, from mastering the right dough consistency to piping techniques and baking it just right. Guided step by step, even first-timers stepped up, gave it a go and the results speak for themselves.

Nothing beats the joy of learning something new and seeing it come together (with lots of smiles along the way!!!).

A day of learning, reflection, unlocking fixed mindsets, food-tasting and making new connections.

This immersive one-day bootcamp for food ventures in partnership with GoGlobal Business School brought together not just ideas but insights to enable participants to start thinking differently about pursuing their business.

Top 3 takeaways? Here they are:

1) Importance of starting right and recognising barriers to growth. How gaining personal clarity can help you unlock business purpose, potential and profitability, by Dr h.c. Azeeza Jalaludeen.

2) Understanding higher-level perspectives of what it takes to run a B2C venture versus a B2B model, a sharing by Dr Shinichi Hamano from well-known brands Chocolate Origin & French American Bakery.

3) As IncuBaker Studio witnesses different brands start and stop, or start and grow, it's never just about successes or failures. Every journey is worth celebrating when lessons are learnt, not repeated.
