Chocolate Chip Cornflake Cookies are bite sized, crunchy, made of dark (73%) chocolate, and definitely won't feel too sweet which makes it really addictive 🤭

'In The Box' is a new format I'm trying for both me and you to try new stuff! For these 2 weeks this box has 2 items:

1) apple grape crumble tart
if you like apple tarts, this will definitely not disappoint! the grape jam is juicy and fresh and the additional crumble complements this perfectly 😛
- newly improved shortcrust pastry
- grape jam
- apple slices
- old fashioned oat crumble

2) Pear Chestnut Cake
if you like an interesting flavour combination, this is the cake for you! a light moist cake with pear cubes in the batter, pear slices on the top and chestnut puree in the batter. Walnuts on the top provide more crunch.

Yes to rustic bakes - simple flourless chocolate cake baked a few months back but I forgot to post it! this was fluffy and moist at room temperature and fudgy when chilled (my preference)
Can't wait for school to end and to start baking again! 🤗
