Cheesecake might be the easiest thing to make in my opinion. But when something is simple, the more you have to concentrate on the details. The difference between a good and a great cheesecake is the quality of ingredients going into it. Even the quality of butter for the biscuit base.
ESPECIALLY THE BUTTER! Mmmm... 😋
