Sourdough Focaccia

Naturally leavened with cultivated wild yeast and good microbes. Slow fermentation over 18 hours results in not only a flavourful focaccia, but they are so much more digestible. Your body will thank you later. 🤗

This was topped with cherry tomatoes, rosemary, king oyster mushrooms, confit garlic EVOO and sea salt flakes.
