At the same time, such a heartwarming group photo with ex-employees who are still a big part of our life, as well as 5 consecutive batches of pastry trainees(past and present).

I can’t say we have the best method to cultivate them, but we must be somehow correct.

A great pleasure to be back to for homecoming and to share with the culinary and pastry students about Bonheur Patisserie’s fourteen years journey. I ended the sharing session with a powerful message quoted from Mike Tyson.

ā€œDiscipline is doing what you hate to do, but do it like you love it.ā€

A core value I demand from myself and my team every single time we are in the kitchen and this contributed tremendously to our longevity in this cut-throat world of F&B.

I hope we inspired a few today and this quote can stay with them for the rest of their cheffing career. With that, the grinding continues!

Our Story

Bonheur Patisserie is a homegrown pastry shop with almost a decade in operation, specialising in French pastries and macarons. Helm by founder and pastry chef Lin Weixian who is a two-time Pastry Chef of the Year finalist at the World Gourmet Summit Awards of Excellence.

Bonheur Patisserie is known for artisanal handmade macarons with over 25 flavours using 100% natural ingredients and also the first to introduce novelty macarons in Singapore. We ensure only the best will go into our products and live by the sentence ā€œWe only sell what we will eatā€. Apart from retail sales, we cater to customisation for celebrations as well as corporate orders.

At Bonheur Patisserie, we spend a great deal of effort to achieve the perfect texture for our macaron shells while full dairy cream, French chocolate and natural flavourings are used for the fillings. We vowed to stay true to how each flavour should taste like. Every single piece of macaron is made from scratch by hand in a licensed kitchen approved by Singapore Food Agency to give you peace of mind.
