My Muffin Musings is a place for fans of all baked goodies. Vegan bakes are available as well :) Customizations are definitely welcomed! Sorry to disappoint!

My Muffin Musings started out with my love of muffins but has grown so much more! Every little cake is baked with tender loving care and quality ingredients. As a Singapore home-based baker, I would love the opportunity to bake and create something just for you. You won'

t find any fondant though because I prefer playing with flavours than fondant. I take in orders for all baked goods featured in my photo album/instagram so do browse through. You can order for dessert table/events too with at least 3 weeks notice (:

avail in MARCH — till sold out!
this 6 layer choc cake is loosely inspired by THAT choc cake from ‘Matilda’. missing the choc glaze because… well I was afraid it might be too chocolatey, but who am I kidding? Should just go all the time so — I’ll add in choc sauce & 10 layers of cake next time!

multiple thin slices of devil’s food cake — only the most decadent choc cake imo, so we have more surfaces for ganache in between! salted & unsalted ganache alternating between layers for that little surprise kick. finished off fudgy choc buttercream, mixed with melted choc, for the silky texture WOOOOOOO

be warned: it’ll be intense. pls drink up your fluids and take a break between days if need be to finish the slice up!

these are so pretty I can’t help but let out a gasp!!! HAHAHAHA can you tell I am my no1 hype person 🙈

these pretty babies are chamomile infused sponges layered with chamomile creme & strawberry compote w fresh strawberry bites. crumble topping for some crunch & cute little strawberry hearts for maximum love from me to all the mamas out there!

(EARL GREY LEMON BLONDIES)
YES it’s another earl grey flavoured brownie/blondie! Can you tell what’s my fave tea? 🤣 but ya ya in all seriousness, do you like earl grey? I hope you do because it’s here to stay…

anywayyyy, always surprising myself (and you too I hope) but here we have an earl grey blondie with lemon curd. Pleasant surprise because YES finally succeeded in baking with curds! Added some earl grey crumble to add some texture ✨ within the otherwise soft bake although the exterior is pretty crisp on its own!

earl grey is essentially black tea with bergamot orange oil which makes it a perfect citrus pair! hence I love pairing it up with lemon, raspberry just something sour for a boost. What’s your fave earl grey pairing so far?

so very festive, it’s my Xmas must-bake! matcha infused blondie batter, studded with fresh raspberries, pistachios & white choc couvertures, laid on top of the signature fudgy brownie batter —— did you like it? also, there’s this thing about raspberry seeds — are you indifferent or absolutely a hater when it comes to those? pls vote👇🏼

anyhoo, I hope you all had a lovely time over Xmas & New Year! back to the usual “where did all the time go” as we enter 2024 (ya I’m late again hahahaha)

Also omg it’s December already? Which also means I’ve successfully baked brownie boxes for every month, except Nov but hey traveling doesn’t count 😜

(choc chip cookie dough cream cheese browned butter blondie)
SO this, in my humble opinion, is the ULTIMATE blondie. It has EVERYTHING you need — the nuttiness from browned butter, the chocolatey and gooeyness from the choc couvertures & fudgy blondie batter, fun cookie dough layer with some crunchiness & creaminess and tang from the cream cheese!

Created a Christmas spiced version for Dec, just for some festive vibes! Did you all enjoyed this?

There are still some Oct/Nov fall gift box left so grab yours (together with the Dec gift box) if you wish for more flavours!

(pumpkin spice coffee brownies)
turning the pumpkin spice latte into brownie form! some warm spices for non existent crisp fall days, but more rainfall in Singapore LOL 🍁🍫🧡

pumpkin products from the West emphasise the spices used (nutmeg ✨ allspice ✨ cinnamon ✨ etc), instead of pumpkin itself since it’s a quite mild favoured vegetable. if you’re a fan of chai or marsala, give this a try!
