I am a passionate baker and I have attended classes to sharpen my baking skills during my 6 months break from work. I love baking cakes and one of my specialty is the ONDEH ONDEH cake. I have lost track of the number of ONDEH ONDEH cakes I have baked but generally the feedback has been positive and encouraging. What made it different from the ones in the market is that I have adopted the tradition

al authentic malay ondeh ondeh kueh recipe into this cake. And that I only use pure gula melaka (high grade from malaysia) and cook my very own coconut filling. The cake comes in 4 layers of fresh cream frosting (light & less sweet) with coconut filling plus sprinkles of gula melaka crumbs!! The other favourite is the Japanese Cotton Cheesecake which I have baked since 8 years ago and that I have managed to perfect the baking technique over the years. The Japanese Cotton Cheesecake has a beautiful texture and you can savor the richness of cheese on your tongue. A few of my friends had commented that it is as good as the ones they have tried in Japan!! Do browse through the pictures to check out my bakes.
