Eme's desired outcome for this small business is to cater more halal home-made bakery selections and Eme's Home Bakery started learning baking 26 November 2013.

As a self taught baker, learning new things became easier for everyone through Google and YouTube. The anxiety to learn through basic science and math were all the main things to understand how breads and cakes works! There have been several failures throughout the attempts but the with strong faith I continued my new passion... my ONE wish is to be able to serve more halal breads and cakes selections to all community! With high dedication, perseverance and patience are the ultimate key to all success ! Never give up mode always on my go to! From a bread baker and now I’m a cake decorator from everyone’s endless support ! Welcome to Eme’s Home bakery!

I'm intrigued & honoured to have multiple practices on making sourdough at home 🤭. Used to buy from bakery shops before I got a chance to bake it myself!

The entire preparation work process.. Will take me a total of almost 21 hours later.. then only i can bake for another hour.. 24 hours later, after it's properly cooled.. then i can eat 😄🫶aiyoo... super long .. if you must know, because sourdough uses naturally cultured wild yeast & it needs time to ferment over a period of time.
( unlike normal bread; we use instant yeast & bread can be ready within a few hours)
Since I've been eating sourdough bread on the daily basis.. it has helped me , reduce in eating portions.. I don't get the sugar crash after eating ( u know )🤫~ like straight away.. u wanna nap after makan😝🫶

Okay that's all !
Thank u for watching my video 📹
