Growing up, we’ve probably had pandan in all kinds of forms, from traditional kueh to desserts, and even nasi lemak.

But there’s something about the smell of pandan chiffon cake coming from the kitchen that just feels extra familiar. Soft, fluffy, fragrant… the kind of taste that reminds you of home and family tea time.
