Anything earl grey - we’re in 🫖🍪To make tea-based cookies:

With any basic chocolate chip cookie recipe you’ve been using, warm butter till liquify but not bubbling/ sizzling - you can do this over a stovetop low heat / microwave low heat over 3 min for 100~ g butter.

With the tea of your choice, grab 3 teabag OR 1 tablespoon of teadust and empty out the tea dust into the warm butter + mix & use it for your cookie dough 🤓

Crumble Chocolate Cake

A late night bake on Saturday.
Baked with low GI brown sugar and organic cacao powder, this cake has a rich choc flavour and the buttery crumbles with bits of choc chips added depth to the flavour.

Weekend Bakes - Enjoy the cake with a cuppa tea!

Lemon Pound Cake
This cake is fluffy and tangy.
Freshly grated lemon zest and fresh lemon juice are added in the batter. Every bite fills the mouth with the citrusy aroma of lemon with a tinge of sourness that balance out the sweetness.

Tri-colour Pound Cake
This cake is made with the egg separation method. Egg white is beaten to stiff peak to become meringue and gently folded into the batter to create a soft and fluffy cake.
The layers are coloured with matcha and cocoa powder.
This is a buttery cake with a pinch of matcha and cocoa taste with every bite.

Salted Caramel Cake 💛 we baked the layers separately to ensure the syrup cake doesn’t dry out & topped with gooey home made salted caramel & frosted the layers with swiss meringue butter cream in the babiest pink w touches of grey & blue | hehe had the chance to make this for a friend’s bday ☺️ oyes letters are not edible but you can string it into a bracelet 🥳
