As cliché as the naming goes, I coined this series, ‘Singapore Delights’.

There will be limited sets of these flavors released for CNY via ig stories!

This year changed me in ways I didn’t expect.
I started out just wanting to make pastries, and somehow along the way, teaching found me, and I fell in love with it.

Thank you to everyone who showed up, trusted me, learned with me, and supported this new chapter. I’m really grateful for every step of this journey.

Especially to the team for catering to my needs, helping to make the workshops especially memorable.

Throwback to a few weeks back, when I attended ‘s sourdough class.

He taught me the art of lamination, so I can make pretty croissants now, too 💙

I first fell in love with sourdough during my apprenticeship at a Boulangarie. The tanginess, crust and waft of aroma when you are walking from the train station to the shop at 4AM in the morning, nothing beats that.

I can’t wait till I can bake my next loaf 🍞 thank you chef!

What a way to wrap up July and kick off August! I'm thrilled to have collaborated with .teahouse on a special project, pairing our Canelés & Financiers with their exquisite Black Tea collection; 荒野红茶.

It wasn't easy finding the perfect balance between the tea's subtle flavor and the pastry's richness, but the end result is well worth it. Sometimes, simplicity truly is the ultimate sophistication, and that's exactly what I love about these pastries.
