Assalamualaikum,
In our 10years of baking we strongly do not tolerate scammers who purchase from sellers n repack things especially food items.
However this is what I have experience since February 2024 till 2 days before hari raya.
A customer by the name RS or also known as PR in her paynow number ordered just like any other customers. From our conversation screenshots u can actually see that I have liased with her just like how I do with any of u.
She ordered a $12 bottle which was on promotional price of $10 on february stating she wants it delivered BEFORE fasting month.
But after making her payment, she change her delivery date to 1st April which I den suggest to be delivered with my other Hari Raya order deliveries on the 5th-7th April. Which she agreed.
From the date she ordered until April itself, u can actually see she kept adding orders despite me saying I have closed my orde, but because the tarts that she was ordering were tarts that were still in my baking schedule, i agreed to take in her order.
Let me remind u she did not order via my HARI RAYA LINK. Instead, she SELF EXTEND the promotional price of $10 throughout her orders.
Until it was the last week of my baking schedule, which was obviously the very peak period as I need to speed up, double checked customer address n orders.
She start to push her orders. That raised a red flag.
And a day before her last delivery, she text me saying she wants to do a self collection at 7am in morning as she wants to pack those tarts for a mosque.
Ms PR, claims she wants to do a donation to Masjid An Nur on the 8th of April. Which we know it was a lie as we have somehow read between all her lies throughout our conversation.
The tarts she ordered first, she said, was for her family, and from the screenshots, u can see it changed to staff at work, colleagues then clients who are flying off to GOD KNOWS WHERE, and finally donation for MOSQUE.
And that triggered me somehow coz I know she was lying, and she used mosque as her last reason to expedite her orders. On top of that, she said something that was really rude n self entitled as a customer herself.
On the day of her 2nd delivery, 12pm instead of delivering her tarts, i refunded her full amount including her delivery fee. The tarts that has already been baked, i sold it in less then 20mins. All 35bottles.
Little that she realize we have a very strong customer support from our loyal customers. I mean bukan I cakap kuih i mana nyer bagos la, but Ive been doing business sincerely for many years, made real friends through this business. I've NEVER CHEAT CUSTOMERS IN MY ENTIRE LIFE, OR WORST LIKE WHAT SHE'S DOING REPACKING OTHER SELLERS HARDWORK N CLAIMING ITS MINE.
A few of my customers came forward to give me the carousell account which has the same tart names, n also the sugar cookies she tried selling to me.
And that account is owned by PR. carousell account DR******.
The tarts she bought from me was at promotional price $10, she repacked them n selling them for idk how many pcs at $18, BUY 10 GET 2 FREE.
So that explains all the rush she has coz she had to deliver the tarts on her side as she promised them delivery dates which were not same as mine.
Im urging all readers who have purchased from the stated person, do take note that your tarts have been repacked by a 3rd party n sold to u at a higher price.
So if u find anything wrong with your tarts, Im not reliable to take any responsibility to it.
I only take orders via my ig, fb (SINFULCHOCOTREATS) & whatsapp.

AND ALSO DONT USE "MOSQUE" PART OF YOUR CHEATING ESPECIALLY ON OUR HOLY MONTH OF RAMADAN..
