it’s been a good 3 years since i made these.
back in 2021 i was struck by an idea to create these beautiful olive and rosemary foccacia, which i named , and you guys LOVED them!
recreating it 3 years later really brought back memories from its herbaceous yet fruity scent to the crispy crackle as you cut into it.
even though i dont make them anymore, i am still reminded of how lucky i was to be able to bring joy to your family, friends, and clients during a very mellow time.
