One last hurrah on 1 May (will be opening from 12.30-3.30pm), before I take a break for the wedding and honeymoon~~ It’s been a lovely ride; thank you so much everyone, esp those who supported since our very first home cafe last year heh 💞

Will be making special SANDOS, tarts, quiches, brownies and banana pudding, (+ new matcha, coffee and black sesame drinks)! So feel free to come down for lunch / dessert / drinks on Labour Day 💞

Will be baking loads of cakes, tarts (incl our beloved Portuguese egg tarts), brownies and savouries like Bacon & Cheese quiche, glutinous rice etc ⭐️⭐️

Matcha, Hojicha and Coffee will also be available! :) Our specials this week include: Hojicha Kinako latte, Jasmine Matcha latte, Earl Grey Matcha and cream cheese foam that can be added to ALL drinks!!!! ❤️ 💛

Had to take 2 drink breaks while proofing and making the shio pan (it took 4 hours 🥹🥹) hehe rly rly enjoyed myself and the end products but sometimes I wonder why i do this post-call haha 🫠🤭

The bread was amazing toasted though I feel that I haven’t perfected the recipe yet (cos I’m a perfectionist….), but I’m excited to bake these shio pans (or sogeumppang) again!! :,) 🍞

Adding dishes like Glutinous Rice (with loads of mushroom, lapcheong and dried shrimps + the usual toppings), Smoked Salmon Toast, Truffle Cheese Toast etc 🧀
Also look out for our classic brown butter Valrhona cookies which are chewy in the middle and crisp at the exterior 😋
