An ‘Ocean’ 🌊 inspired customised cake for a special staycation birthday.

A matcha cake interior incased within an ocean themed exterior. Handcrafted toppings with two tone blue sugar; macaron shells 🐚 and biscuit sand.

Creating this cake definitely made us want to escape a little & long for a holiday. We may not be able to go far or overseas due to the pandemic, but why not treat yourself to a cake that makes you feel like you’re on a holiday for a short while!

This addition to the signature standard collection is inspired by nature.
Simplistic white & neutral beige tones w a hint of gold accents. Hand painted & embossed details w a gold rim on the top. Gently adorned w dried jasmine flower petals.

Why not add a mini croquembouche tower sitting on top of a 6” short round cake (flavour of your own choice) for a special touch to your event.

Choux puffs filled w a light pastry cream constructed into a tower using spun sugar.

Base cake consists of two layers of cake w a Swiss meringue buttercream.
