🧑🏻🍳Masterclass 01: Gâteau aux Fraises
Upon completing the 18 classes from my basic cake course at , I’m moving on to the masterclass! In this lesson, we learnt how to decorate a square cake by using the principals of basic strawberry shortcake.
The use of Hokkaido Yotsuba milk and butter helps to elevate the flavour of the cake, and I simply adore the presentation of this cake. Also, thanks to .ahren_abccookingsg for the fun class too!
