This handcrafted edible book cake was created for a true Harry Potter fan, complete with a Sorting Hat, Golden Snitch, wand, Hogwarts scarf and iconic glasses.

Every element was handmade from sugar and designed to bring a little magic to their special day.

An anti-inflammatory dessert that's naturally gluten-free, dairy-free, and made from just 4 real ingredients ✨

Organic apples, dark chocolate, tahini, and saffron come together to create something rich, indulgent, and surprisingly nourishing.

As a mum to a coeliac, I'm always looking for ways to create treats that are both delicious and made with ingredients I feel good about serving.

Soft pastel colours, razor sharp edges, and a little bit of magic ✨🪄

Absolutely loved creating this Harry Potter inspired cake with handcrafted golden wings, stars and wand details. The pastel pink and blue tones made it feel extra whimsical while the clean sharp finish kept it modern and elegant.

One of those cakes that feels magical from every angle 🤍
