Our step-by-step Italian Macaron class to produce consistently soft, compact and delicious Macarons using the Italian meringue method

Making macarons has been known to be notoriously difficult, let alone using the Italian meringue method - which requires cooking a sugar syrup and then adding it to the egg whites while whipping them continuously to make the meringue

But... watch how our students with no prior experience of baking Italian Macarons performed excellently well!

This is because we hand hold our students (and provide easy to understand guidance) through the entire baking process in ALL our classes to ensure everyone, regardless of skill level, master their bakes
