Made with only the freshest ingredients and no preservatives, our cheesecakes are lightly burnt on top for a touch of sweet caramelisation. Each bite is firm on the outside but soft and creamy on the inside. Leave it out in room temperature for >15min after refrigerating for extra creaminess!
