Requirement:
- Relevant minimum 1 year experience in baking industry - Viennoiserie and Rustic Bread loaves
- Food hygiene certificate
- Relevant baking qualification from Singapore institutions or equivalent
- Ability to operate independently and efficiently to fulfil task assigned
- Responsible, detail oriented and positive thinking
- Good team player
- 6 days work. Able to work on Sunday and public holiday

Responsibility:
- Process ingredients scaling list
- Responsible for production of all dough
- To assist in dough shaping at table work station
- To assist baking
- Cleaning up of used equipment & work stations
- Maintain positive attitude and establish team work with co-worker
- Any ad hoc duties assigned

Benefits:
- 44 hours work/week calculation
- OT 1.5 pay rate
- PH extra day wage
- Annual leave
- Promote healthy living (Medical leave coverage)
- Staff meals allowance
- Midnight shift allowance
- Career path promotions
- Annual wage salary
