Grilled over apple wood fire, our Iberico Pork Chop comes out beautifully charred on the outside, while staying incredibly juicy, tender, and packed with flavour on the inside.

Finished with our bacon maple jus โ€” smoky, savoury, slightly sweet, and dangerously good then served alongside seasonal vegetables to balance things out (or at least make you feel better about ordering it ๐Ÿ˜‰).
