Everytime i bake this cake i am reminded of the wonderful trip to Kyoto and Uji, the origin of Matcha.
抹茶🍵蛋糕的灵魂就是用高级抹茶粉，很贵但烤箱拿出来的那一刻香味好浓郁。一大清早到京都宇治Uji排队买到的抹茶粉，一切都值得。
