It has been sleep deprived for the past 3 weeks to juggle between school, preparation and fulfillment of pineapple tart orders. I'm so glad that all orders have been fulfilled and collected.

Part of the proceed from the pineapple tart sales will be shared with the less fortunate. A small token to spread love during this festive season ❤️

New cookie to be launched soon!

Snowflake Crisp (Milk Nougat Bites).
It is popular in Taiwan called 雪花酥 or 雪Q饼.

The cookie has contrasting flavors and textures. Light, chewy and crispy while combining milky, sweet and savoury with a hint of tanginess to make it irresistible. You just can't stop at 1 😁

In addition to the current original, matcha and chocolate flavours, more flavours are in the pipeline. Stay tuned!

Taiwanese Bite size Pineapple Tarts ready for collection for those who ordered 🙏🏼

Every piece took hours to make with ❤️.
#粒粒皆辛苦

Please enjoy it to the fullest.
Best way to eat the tart is to put the whole piece into your mouth. Let it melt in your mouth for 2 second first before biting on it. The flavour from the pastry and paste will just explode in your mouth 😋

Customised 6" cakes done by Shelley Ho for Pearce 1st Birthday ❤️
1. Dinosaurs theme
2. Camping theme

Some dinosaurs figurines were provided by client and Shelley helped to place them on cake.

At least 2 weeks notice is required for customised cake. Do keep us in mind for your next celebration 😊

Prepare mango cubes and puree for the making of mango mousse cups for mom's birthday ❤️

Haven't done this for more than a month as mangoes are expensive and not in the season..

Gateau Mocha

It has 4 layers of coffee sponge filled with dark chocolate and coffee ganache. Topped with whipped cream. The dome shape was done by hand not from mould.

I'm sure many will love the taste 😋

Chouquettes (little bits of choux pastry) .. they are super addictive 😋

A chouquette is a type of Choux pastry consisting of a small portion of dough sprinkled with pearl sugar.
