Hello Loavers, sooo, our Hamburg Wellington is best enjoyed medium ✨🥩.

Because when its wrapped in our sourdough crust right..it helps to keep all the flavour and moisture in..

With caramelised onions and cheese making it more juicy.

That’s why we go for medium doneness for the ultimate tenderness

If you prefer it well done, we won’t recommend it (unless it’s for the little ones 🤍).

For years, Ian scored every loaf alone.
Today, Yiqian and Shannon have mastered the craft too — after 6 months of dedication, patience, and countless loaves.

And with the crazy number of orders these past few weeks, we’ve never been more grateful. 🥹

There’s a reason Jingwen has been reminding everyone on stories to preorder if you don’t want to come too early 😭

Their scoring and work ethic has been incredible, and the reason more people get to enjoy our loaves!

If you’ve dropped by recently, you might have spotted a few new loaves on the shelves 👀

We’ve been testing and baking these for a while, and they’re finally ready to share.

Ancient Grain Spelt Sourdough (15 SGD)
Whole grain spelt and murasaki botan, naturally leavened for a nutty flavour and soft crumb

French Onion Soup Sourdough (22 SGD)
Braised leeks, caramelised onions, onion chutney, scamorza and parmesan cheese

Okinawan Sweet Potato Walnut Sourdough (22 SGD)
A little sweet, a little earthy, with walnuts for that extra bite, worthy to replace our Maple Country Nuts.

Bonito & Nori 2.0 (18 SGD)
Now with mustard seeds and sesame seeds, with a bit more depth than before!
