Special request 4 inch yuzu, brie and camembert burnt cheesecake out for delivery! 😊

We made one for ourselves, its refreshing! The sourness and tangy after taste lingering in your mouth is heavenly for those that like yuzu.

Best to go with a cup of tea. Floral, yuzu or even Earl Grey lavender doesn't overpower the cheesecake. 🥰

In order to satisfy craving, here we are sausage roll! It was tough to bake without aircon, my pastry skin went soft once out of fridge and the dough is just impossible to work with when the butter is melting fast. 😭

Nowadays ingredients are super expensive and if you are dinning out and want quality food please be prepared to top up abit more.

After numerous attempts, blue cheese cheese cake successfully made! Only for blue cheese lovers as the after taste of blue cheese is really intense. 🥰😋
Our cheese cake are special because we uses 3 different kind of cheese hence people who bought love the texture and taste!
