职位: 蛋糕厂糕点师 / 蛋糕厨师 / 面包师 (需要人在新加坡)
We are looking for a Pastry Cook to support at our Central Kitchen to prepare different types of Cakes and pastries delivered to our customers on a daily basis.
薪水: 1800 – 2600 SGD (看工作经验,学徒也欢迎申请)
工作时间:星期一到六,八点到六点 (星期六通常之作半天,完毕工作就能回家)公共假期休息
工作范围: 烤蛋糕等糕点, 混合蛋糕配料,运作切蛋糕仪器。
工作地点:勿洛 (Bedok, nearest MRT Simei)
Responsibilities
Preparation of pastry ingredients, (Weighing, Mixing, Baking etc.)
Production and decoration of pastries (Cakes, Cupcakes, Macarons, Sponges etc.)
Operate machines for production of pastries
Adhere to kitchen’s/SFA Standard operational procedures (SOPs)
Maintain and sanitize baking utensils, tools and Machinery
Any Ad-hoc duties assigned by superior (Packing of finished products, cutting etc.)
Requirements
Team player with a good learning attitude and keen interest to develop professionally in the Pastry industry
Able to commit to a minimum 6 Days’ work week (No work on public holidays and Sundays)
Experienced/Non-experienced applicants are welcomed
