- Creating invoices into Autocount software.
- Preparing and sorting documents for data entry
- Entering data into database software (Autocount) and checking to ensure the accuracy of the data that has been inputted
- Submission of invoices to portal
- Resolving discrepancies in information and obtaining further information for incomplete documents
- Ensure proper filing system
- Prepare monthly report and SOA
- Prepare relevant catalogues and order forms
- Other ad-hoc activities assigned
Requirements:
- 5.5 days work week
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Able to adapt a fast moving work environment
