Join us .sg for a 1 day workshop this November🥳

Featuring Earl Grey Lemon Cruffins, Gianduja (Hazelnut Chocolate) Cruffins and Tissue Cube Croissant🥐

We will be teaching a beginner friendly Viennoiseries class where you will

- get very own croissant dough recipe
- hand roll and laminate croissant dough
- learn how to shape and bake Cruffins and Cube Croissants
- learn how to make Earl Grey Creme Patisserie, Lemon Curd, Gianduja Mousse and Dark Chocolate Shell
- learn what to do with leftover dough
- bring home baked Cruffins and Cube Croissants, and shaped frozen dough to bake at home. (Cooler bags and boxes will be provided)
- have delicious lunch provided

Chef will guide you every step of the way and answer any questions you may have, so rest assured you will be able to follow through🫶
