Back for the first time in 3 years! Chocolatey with a crackly top and soft fudgy centre, layered with buttery macadamias and flakes of sea salt for that perfect balance of nutty, salty and bittersweet.

Just a quick update. We’ve recently encountered an unexpected supply shortage of our floret cases we designed for our financiers.

So for now, we will be returning to the financiers’ original form: the classic gold bar. Apologies for the last-minute switch, it caught us by surprise too!

What remains unchanged, however, is what matters most. Each financier is still crafted with the same care, and will taste just as it should.
