A familiar flavour, reimagined in our own way. After two years, we thought it was time to bring our Pineapple Financiers back for Mid-Autumn.

Our Pineapple Financiers are made with browned butter and baked till beautifully golden while staying soft and moist within, with a generous serving of our pineapple jam right in the middle.

It’s all about that balance: the richness of the almond tea cake, the caramelised notes of browned butter, and a bright burst of pineapple to finish.

Back this Mid-Autumn after two years.

It’s been two years, and we thought it was time to bring this favourite back.

Our Pineapple Financiers are returning this Mid-Autumn. Golden on the outside, soft and moist within, with that little burst of pineapple in every bite.

An old favourite we’ve missed, and one we’re very happy to be baking again.

When we dropped this in May, it sold out so quickly and many of you told us you never got the chance to try it. So we decided to bring it back for June.

Back for the first time in 3 years! Chocolatey with a crackly top and soft fudgy centre, layered with buttery macadamias and flakes of sea salt for that perfect balance of nutty, salty and bittersweet.

Blackberry & Basil Sorbet
After selling out so quickly in May, we’re bringing this one back for June. Bright blackberries bring a juicy tartness, while basil adds a fresh note that makes every scoop extra refreshing. Fruity, fragrant, sweet, and sharp. Don’t miss it this time round.
