Introducing the Japanese concept of Tsudo (都度), where pastries are seen in new light for enjoyment anytime, all the time, and whenever – throughout the day and even as a meal. A traditional wagashi confection, Chef Makoto’s Strawberry Sakura showcases Beni Hoppe strawberries – a Japanese spring varietal that comes into season in Spring and is sought for its sweetness and balance of acidity.
