We would like to take a moment to thank you for your continued support of Min Sin Fresh Bakery. Since opening in Taman Jurong in 2010, we have been grateful to be a part of your daily lives.
Recently, we’ve received questions about the similarities in name between Min Sin Fresh Bakery and a previous bakery we opened in 2004 in Ang Mo Kio. In 2022, we sold the Ang Mo Kio bakery and are no longer involved in its operations. While both bakeries share a similar name, they are separate businesses with different ownership.
At Min Sin Fresh Bakery (Taman Jurong), we remain committed to using the finest ingredients and traditional methods. For example, our panettone—crafted with high-quality butter and following a traditional recipe from Italian master Rolando Morandin—continues to reflect our dedication to quality.
