The Marmalade Cheeseburger is back.

After making a name for itself, this crowd favourite returns to Meatsmith this October.

A juicy beef brisket patty, rich beef marmalade and melted American cheddar, finished with house pickles and burger sauce, all tucked into their house-made potato bun.

From 5.30pm till late, Chinese team members from across Burnt Ends Hospitality Group take over the Meatsmith kitchen for one night only, bringing their own interpretations of Chinese cuisine to our signature smoke and fire.

Expect familiar flavours with a Meatsmith twist, from Egg Tart Wontons and Eggplant Mapo Fries to Smoked Pork Ribs with Bak K*t Teh Rice, Tea-Braised Beef Cheek with Spring Onion Mash and Mei Cai Pork Belly with Scallion Pita Bread.
