This lovely tart is filled with chestnut almond sponge, sweet nutty chestnut filling, chantilly cream and chestnut mousse. It’s creamy, sweet and earthy with 4 different textures in each bite. The chestnut cream was wonderfully rich with chestnut flavour while still being balanced with the tart and cream inside. Mmm…yum!
