Blueberry Almond Frangipane/ Citrus Curd/ Meringue/ Fresh Blueberries/ Micro Lemon Balm

When life gives you lemon… make citrus curd of course 😌 This is our twist on your typical lemon meringue pie 🥧 but better 🫶🏻

The citrus curd is made from both lime and lemon and paired with the sweet, floral and woody notes of the blueberries 🫐
Finished off with a torched meringue for that hint of smokiness and caramel and lemon balm which has a sweet lemony aroma that compliments very well with the citruses.

Almond Frangipane/ Strawberry Confit/ Basil Mascarpone Chantilly/ Fresh Strawberries/ Micro Basil

A twist from my favourite cakes of all time, Strawberry Shortcake. I used to eat this every year for my birthday and I love how simple it looks and taste yet, I looked forward to eating it on special occasions.

We decided to infused sweet basil into the cream for a sweet peppery note and aroma to enhance the strawberries making it more refreshing ☺️
