Dear all,
The month of July is often synonymous with leaving and saying goodbye... and this is the case for Ti Yan Pâtisserie, which will be closing its stoves for good on Saturday 22 July.
It's been 2 intense years of passion and pleasure, both in the making and creation of the pastries and in the physical and virtual encounters with you.
Thanks to a loyal and talented team, we have survived the COVID period, but the rise in commercial rents this year has finally discouraged us....
So we're going to close this 'pastries' parenthesis, whose recipes are based almost exclusively on the online courses we set up as part of Ti Yan Academy.
Thank you again for the hundred or so 5-star reviews left on Google, and others on our website or Facebook (not counting the customers who prefer to tell me about their great satisfaction directly on WhatsApp), whether in pastry or catering.
My chefs and I are infinitely grateful for the trust you have placed in us.
You can still enjoy our sweet treats until Saturday 22 July, with a special offer on macaroons and cannelés: "Buy 3 boxes, get 1 free" (box of the same value).
