Dear customers,
Over the past month, we've been noticing an upward trend of verbal abuse from customers, and we're putting this post out as a stand against rude behavior and outright disrespectful conduct towards our team.
Yesterday, one of our co-founders Natasha was loudly yelled at by a customer for more than 5 minutes, with no one else to assist her for closing shift. The store was busy and packed with customers and this caused a big disturbance. As most know for the past 7 years, service has always been our strongest suit and our dedication to customers
From now on, any customer who makes any disturbance or disrespects our staff will be escorted out and no refunds will be given if items have been served/finished. We will not be tolerating and yelling, abuse, physical motions and unreasonable attitude towards our team, who always strives to deliver the best chocolate, service and experience at Lemuel.
