💪 Staying Active, Staying Connected! ❤️

With the haze conditions this weekend, Tampines Park RN brought our activities indoors, replacing our usual brisk walk with chair exercises, gentle stretches and fun tabletop games! It was lovely to see our seniors and younger residents enjoying time together. 😊

Our residents’ well-being is always our top priority. We will continue finding new and creative ways to keep everyone engaged, while ensuring our seniors can enjoy their monthly exercise and catch up with neighbours.

Every activity comes to life because of YOU, our residents. Thank you for your continued support, and to our volunteers for making this morning possible! 🙏

🚶‍♀️🚶‍♂️ Join us next month for our final Brisk Walk session of the year!

We’ll also have a special lucky draw for our regular participants to thank you for being part of this journey. 🎁

One Flag. One Family. One Community.

What an incredible day for Tampines Park Residents’ Network!

Together, our residents, volunteers, grassroots leaders and community partners came together to achieve a Singapore Book of Records for the Longest Bunting Made of National Day Pennants, measuring 339 metres.

This achievement is more than a record; it is a celebration of our kampung spirit. It reminds us that while one person can make a difference, a united community can achieve something truly extraordinary. Every pennant sewn, every helping hand, and every smile reflected the strength of a community that cares for one another.

A heartfelt thank you to everyone who contributed to making this meaningful initiative a success.

As we celebrate SG61, let us continue to build stronger friendships, support one another, and keep the kampung spirit alive.
